Principais Vantagens:

  • Plataforma com variedade de produtos e serviços: A variedade de opções com produtos e serviços de várias instituições, permite a concentração dos investimentos num local único, centralizado. Eu não sei a opinião de vocês, mas para meu caso fica muito mais fácil concentrar todos meus investimentos em um só lugar, e dada a variedade de produtos encontrados na plataforma, isto simplifica a minha vida.
  • Contato: Eu tenho muita tranquilidade quando preciso falar com a Socopa. Eles ofertam um canal de contato via chat (dentro da própria plataforma), e-mail e por telefone. Quando é algo simples, uso o chat. Quando é algo mais urgente, eu ligo diretamente no telefone de atendimento, e sempre fui atendido prontamente.
  • Cadastro Rápido para Início de Uso: Realmente foi fácil me cadastrar na Socopa e transferir a custódia de meus ativos, que estavam em uma corretora que descontinuou estes serviços (antiga H.H Picchioni).
  • Home Broker Completo: O Home Broker completo tem tudo o que eu preciso (gráficos – usava mais quando tentava ser ‘trader’, onde fracassei, as cotações – que tento não olhar, histórico de posição, que permite saber o valor da carteira em determinada data, consulta dos valores enviados à corretora de forma simplificada, interface muito amigável, resumo para imposto de renda (acredite, isto ajuda muito mesmo), fechamento da carteira no último dia do ano anterior, entre outras várias informações interessantes.
  • Envio muito rápido de dinheiro via TED (Transferência Eletrônica): Quando preciso enviar capital para a corretora, basta realizar a TED e anexar o comprovante que o valor já fica liberado em minutos. Na minha antiga corretora, em comparação, demorava 2, 3 horas, e era desanimador.

Nesta parte detalharemos os atuais custos da corretora, conforme informações de seu site em 13/06/2018:

  • Tesouro Direto: TAXA ZERO. Isto mesmo, você não pagará nada à corretora, porém permanece a cobrança atual realizada pela B3 (antiga Bovespa) no valor anual de 0,30% (a.a.) como taxa de custódia.
  • Renda Fixa: TAXA ZERO. Ou seja, sem cobranças de corretagem ou taxa de custódia para títulos de Renda Fixa.
  • Fundo de Investimento: TAXA ZERO. Não há cobrança para a custódia dos Fundos de Investimento Abertos. No entanto, é importante frisar que os próprios Fundo de Investimento possuem as suas taxas de gestão e performance.
  • Ações e Opções: R$ 7,00 por operação (ordem) executada. Este é o valor que considero para investidores normais, como eu, que realizam poucas operações no mês. A custódia mensal custa R$ 10,00, porém se realizada pelo menos uma operação na compra de Ações ou Opções esta taxa é desconsiderada. Geralmente eu não faço mais do que 2, 3 compras de Ações mensais. Importante frisar neste ponto que a Socopa possui pacotes de corretagem para quem opera mais vezes, assim definidos:
    • Pacote de 100 operações: R$ 6,00 por operação executada.
    • Pacote de 250 operações: R$ 5,00 por operação executada.
    • Pacote de 500 operações: R$ 3,50 por operação executada.
    • Pacote de 1.000 operações: R$ 2,10 por operação executada.

É importante frisar também os custos de emolumentos e taxas cobrados pela B3.

  • Fundos Imobiliários: TAXA ZERO. Não há cobrança de corretagem para Fundos Imobiliários. Da mesma forma que as ações, há custos de emolumentos e taxas cobrados pela B3.
  • Aluguel de Ações: 20% da taxa com valor mínimo de 0,5%. Em outras palavras, a comissão para o Doador será de 20% da taxa do aluguel, e por sua vez a taxa do Tomador será de 20% do total da taxa do aluguel, sendo cobrado o mínimo de 0,5% ao ano (a.a.).
  • Minicontratos BM&F: TAXA ZERO. Não há cobrança de custódia para este tipo de contrato. Já para corretagem, temos as seguintes taxas:
    • Daytrade: R$ 1,00 por contrato de mini índice e/ou R$ 1,50 por contrato de mini dólar.
    • Posição: R$ 2,00 por contrato de mini índice e/ou R$ 3,00 por contrato de mini dólar.
    • Pacote de 1.000 ordens: R$ 0,80 por contrato.
    • Pacote de 2.000 ordens: R$ 0,70 por contrato.
    • Pacote de 5.000 ordens: R$ 0,50 por contrato.
    • Pacote de 10.000 ordens: R$ 0,30 por contrato.
    • Pacote de 15.000 ordens: R$ 0,25 por contrato.

As demais ferramentas e serviços opcionais estão assim definidos:

  • Calculadora de Imposto de Renda: R$ 30,00 para a adesão e R$ 30,00 mensais.
  • Ferramentas de Análise Técnica: R$ 50,00 por mês, porém será gratuito para clientes que realizarem o mínimo de 15 operações nos 60 dias anteriores.
  • Conteúdo Lopes Filho (relatórios de análise): R$ 25,00 por mês, ou gratuito para clientes que realizarem o mínimo de 15 operações nos 60 dias anteriores.
  • Informativos da B3 pelo Correio: R$ 3,21, caso o investidor queira receber os informativos por carta (totalmente desnecessário, na minha opinião).
  • Transferência de Custódia: Para alguns casos a cobrança mínima de R$ 11,85 ou 0,0067% do valor, e para os demais motivos sem taxas.

    Se vc tiver um bom relacionamento com ela, dá para abaixar a corretagem com negociação, para até R$ 3,00 por ordem, pelo menos.

      Não sabia desta possibilidade de negociar ordens, poderei tentar, mas como faço poucas ordens mensais, acho que não sou um cliente tão importante rs.

      Sempre acompanhando! Muito obrigado. Tenho lido seus textos, mas ultimamente tenho comentado menos por falta de tempo mesmo.

      O custo de corretagens é algo que não afeta muito pensando em longo prazo, ainda mais ao custo de R$ 7,00 por ordem.

      Digo pois, eu no máximo faço 2 ordens, e este custo se dilui nas compras e crescimento ao longo do tempo.

      Quem olha muito o preço da corretagem são os daytraders, que fazem várias ordens de compra e venda por dia.

      No meu caso, acho que não afeta muito, ainda mais por que na Socopa se você faz uma ordem no mês, fica isento da taxa de R$ 10,00 referente a custódia, ou seja, eu economizo R$ 3,00 se fizer uma compra, e pago R$ 4,00 se fizer duas corretagens no mês! 🙂
